Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Programme

§ 1 Organiser and scope

1. The loyalty programme “MetaBeauty Loyalty Programme” (hereinafter “Programme”) is operated by METABEAUTY.EU, owner Anel Salikh, sole proprietorship, August-Göllerich-Straße 7a, 4600 Wels, Austria, VAT ID ATU78202678 (hereinafter “MetaBeauty”).
2. These terms apply to all purchases in the online shop metabeauty.eu. In addition, MetaBeauty’s General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply.
3. For the technical operation, MetaBeauty uses the application “Rivo” (Rivo Commerce, Inc.) as a data processor.

§ 2 Participation

1. Consumers aged 18 or over with a customer account at metabeauty.eu may participate. Participation is free of charge and voluntary.
2. By registering or signing in to your customer account, you become a member of the Programme. You can end your participation at any time by email to info@metabeauty.eu; any unredeemed points will then expire.
3. Only one customer account per person is permitted. Separate terms may apply to business customers (e.g. salons).
4. There is no entitlement to participate.

§ 3 Earning points

You receive points for the following actions. For purchases, the relevant amount is the paid value of goods including VAT, after discounts and excluding shipping costs.

1. Bonus days: members can activate bonus days in the customer area “My Account” each calendar year (Care 1, Expert 1; Icon already receives 2 points per €1). After activation, an order must be placed within 7 days; that order receives 2 points per €1. If no order is placed within 7 days, the activation lapses, but the bonus day is kept. Bonus days cannot be activated or used during promotional periods (e.g. Black Friday or sales); promotional periods are announced on metabeauty.eu. Unused bonus days expire at the end of the year.
2. Bonus days and the timely reorder cannot be combined; a maximum of 2 points per €1 applies per order.
3. Points for purchases are credited once the paid order has been completed.
4. Products of the brand SATURA are excluded from earning points. Bonus days and points for the hair growth analysis and progress photos are being introduced step by step; until then they are marked as “in preparation” on metabeauty.eu.

§ 4 Tiers and benefits

Your tier is based on your purchases (value of goods incl. VAT, after discounts, excluding shipping, less refunds) in the last 12 months, starting no earlier than 1 January 2026. Points have no influence on your tier.

1. A tier is awarded immediately once the threshold is reached and is reviewed continuously on the basis of the respective last 12 months. If the value falls below the threshold, the tier is adjusted accordingly.
2. The Icon permanent discount of 7% applies to all regular products. It does not apply to reduced items – products with a strike-through price, including sets with a price advantage. It can be combined with a points voucher (§ 5), but not with other discount codes.
3. Travel sizes and samples are available while stocks last; MetaBeauty may choose an equivalent replacement.
4. Success story – full-size gift: members who see the form “Share your results” in the customer area “My Account” can submit before and after photos of their results with the DSD de Luxe or DEKOHAIR lotions together with a short account of their experience. The form is shown to members who have bought one of these lotions in at least two different orders. Members who consent to publication receive, once per customer account, a single full-size product of their choice (no sets or boxes) via a personal voucher code, with free shipping – together with their next order or as a separate order. The gift does not depend on what the story says. Persons aged 18 or over may take part with their own, genuine and unedited images without filters or overlays. MetaBeauty checks the submission for authenticity and completeness and usually replies by email within 24 hours. Publication is anonymous, without a name and – on request – without the face, always with a note that a gift was given for the testimonial. By releasing the material, the member grants MetaBeauty the free, non-exclusive right to publish the photos and text on metabeauty.eu, in newsletters and on MetaBeauty’s social media. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future; MetaBeauty will then no longer use the images anew and will remove them from its own channels where possible. A gift already received does not have to be returned.
5. Regardless of tier, customers with “Prio” status receive free shipping on orders from €150. Prio status is granted individually by MetaBeauty.
6. The hair growth analysis does not replace a medical diagnosis.

§ 5 Redeeming points

Points can only be redeemed for the following vouchers:

1. Points are redeemed in your customer account or in the Programme window on metabeauty.eu. The points are deducted immediately and you receive a voucher code.
2. The voucher is valid for 1 month. If it is not used, the points are automatically credited back.
3. One voucher can be redeemed per order. Vouchers cannot be combined with other discount codes; exceptions: the Icon permanent discount (§ 4) and free shipping.
4. The minimum order value refers to the value of goods incl. VAT before the voucher is deducted.
5. Points and vouchers cannot be paid out in cash, transferred or combined with other accounts.

§ 6 Inviting friends

Members receive a personal invitation link in their customer account.

1. Invited persons who have never ordered from metabeauty.eu receive 5% off their first order with a value of goods of €100 or more. The code is valid for 1 month.
2. The inviting member receives 100 points as soon as the invited person has paid for their first order. If this order is cancelled or returned, the points are deducted again.
3. Invitations to yourself, to your other accounts or to persons in the same household with the same delivery address are excluded.
4. The invitation link may be shared privately. Distribution via voucher or discount portals and paid advertising is not permitted.

§ 7 Expiry, cancellation and returns

1. All points expire if you have not earned any new points for 12 months. We will remind you by email 30 days before they expire. You can see the expected expiry date in your customer account.
2. If an order is cancelled or returned in full or in part, the points credited for it are deducted accordingly. If these points have already been redeemed, the points balance is reduced accordingly, where applicable also below zero; new points are offset against it first.
3. If a points voucher was redeemed for a returned order, the voucher value is not refunded in cash. If the order is returned in full, we credit the points redeemed for the voucher back to your account; in the case of a partial return, the voucher remains used.
4. If an order that led to reaching a tier is returned, the tier is recalculated. Gifts already received do not have to be returned.

§ 8 Reviews

1. Points for reviews are only given for reviews of purchased products on metabeauty.eu, regardless of whether they are positive or negative.
2. Reviews for which points were awarded are marked on metabeauty.eu as “verified purchase, reviewed with reward”.
3. No points are awarded for reviews on external platforms (e.g. Trustpilot, Google).

§ 9 Misuse

In case of suspected misuse, such as multiple accounts, fake orders or improper invitations, MetaBeauty may cancel points, block vouchers and end the membership. You will be informed by email in advance and may comment.

§ 10 Changes to and termination of the Programme

1. MetaBeauty may change these terms and the benefits with 30 days’ notice. Members are informed by email and in their customer account. Points already earned are retained.
2. MetaBeauty may end the Programme with 60 days’ notice. Until the end, points earned can be redeemed under the previous terms.

§ 11 Data protection

1. For the Programme, MetaBeauty processes name, email address, order history, points balance and tier. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
2. Processors: Rivo Commerce, Inc. (programme management), Shopify International Limited (shop), Klaviyo Inc. (emails), Judge.me Ltd. (reviews) and Tally BV (“Success story” form). Information on data transfers to third countries and their safeguards can be found in the “Loyalty programme” section of our Privacy Policy.
3. The data are stored for the duration of the membership and thereafter in accordance with the statutory retention periods. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

§ 12 Final provisions

1. Austrian law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
2. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
3. In case of doubt, the German version of these terms prevails.
