How do I become a member?
Create a customer account on metabeauty.eu or log in. Membership is free. You start as Care and receive 100 welcome points.
How is my tier calculated?
We count the value of your orders over the last 12 months – including VAT, after discounts, excluding shipping and minus refunds. You move up as soon as you reach €500 (Expert) or €1,400 (Icon). Your tier is checked continuously.
How do I redeem my points?
In “My Account”, click “Redeem points” and choose a voucher. Enter the code at checkout. The voucher is valid for 1 month – if you do not use it, your points are returned.
Can I combine vouchers with other discounts?
One points voucher can be redeemed per order. It cannot be combined with other discount codes. The Icon permanent discount applies in addition.
How do I get my gift as Expert or Icon?
Choose your mini size in “My Account” and add it to your cart – the price is automatically set to €0. One mini size per order, while stocks last.
Do my points expire?
Your points expire if you do not earn any new points for 12 months. We remind you by email 30 days in advance. You can see the expiry date in “My Account”.
What happens if I return an order?
For returned or cancelled orders, the credited points are deducted again and your tier is recalculated. You do not have to return gifts you have already received.
