9.4 AMINOPYRROLE + MELATONIN LOTION
The lotion contains an innovative formula designed to prevent hair loss and stimulate new hair growth. The lotion is based on placenta extract and active ingredients – aminopyrrole (copirrole with amino acids) combined with melatonin, niacinamide, vitamins, and lipids, including phosphatidylcholine.
Aminopyrrole is present at a maximum concentration of 6.7% and encapsulated in liposomes, allowing the active ingredients to be transported directly into the hair follicle cells, where a sustained release occurs. Kopirrol was developed to maximize hair growth, comparable to the effects of minoxidil, but with fewer side effects.
Kopirrol has a molecular structure similar to that of minoxidil, but with fewer carbon chains and greater absorbability.
Compared to minoxidil, Kopirrol has no significant side effects and is less prone to withdrawal syndrome. Combining Kopirrol with amino acids (aminopyrrole) allows for further increased efficacy without side effects. An open-label clinical trial with 60 male subjects has been completed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Kopirrol compared to 5% minoxidil solution. Kopirrol showed increased mRNA expression (13.5%) for the SHH gene compared to minoxidil (5%). Furthermore, the percentage increase in hair regrowth compared to baseline increased to 25%, 50%, and 66% at months 2, 4, and 5, respectively.
According to numerous studies, melatonin is a potent regulator and antioxidant that prolongs the hair growth phase and reduces hair loss. Five large studies, including randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials, have been conducted evaluating the efficacy of topical application of a melatonin solution at concentrations ranging from 0.0033 to 0.1% for 3–6 months, both in vitro (in the laboratory) and in vivo (in patients with diffuse hair loss and androgenetic alopecia). According to data from Lorenzi S, hair density increased by 29% (after 3 months) and 41% (after 6 months) [2]. The effect of melatonin on hair growth may also be mediated by interactions with androgens and estrogens, as well as their receptors, suggesting the antiandrogenic effect of melatonin [3].
The evaluation conducted by medical researchers also showed a reduction in hair loss (from 27% to 48%; months 1 and 3). Stabilization of hair loss was observed in 75% of patients after just one month! Thus, melatonin leads to a significant increase in the proportion of anagen hairs and a reduction in hair loss activity. The observed effect could be the result of hair growth induction by prolonging the anagen phase, slowing the transition to the catagen phase, and stimulating the transition from the telogen to the anagen phase. Furthermore, the topical application of melatonin solution is capable of triggering complex molecular signaling reactions that act on hair follicles.
It is also suggested that melatonin, along with other hormones, may be one of the neuroendocrine regulators of hair follicle pigmentation.
Placenta extract and a blend of amino acids promote hair growth and nourishment, which are necessary for keratin synthesis. They increase hair strength and shine. Niacinamide dilates blood vessels, regulates sebaceous gland activity, and moisturizes the scalp and hair.
Not suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Application:
Massage in gently. Skin should be dry or slightly damp. The lotion does not need to be rinsed off.
For severe hair loss, it is recommended to apply the lotion twice daily. The treatment period is 4 to 6 months, after which you can reduce application to three times a week, if necessary, for as long as needed.
In case of chronic hair thinning without active hair loss, it is recommended to use the lotion daily or every other day in an amount of 1/3 to 1/4 ampoule (2.5 - 3 ml) for a longer period of time.
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water.
